Hi. Today was rather better than yesterday. Mom and Natasha slept at Grandma's house yesterday, so I was alone with my sis. Anyway, I woke up early in the morning to do my weekly long-distance jog. I reached Sembawang Park in 30 minutes :) . Like 5 minutes improvement from last week. Good job, Dan!
It's not about the destination, it's about the journey. It's nice to get away from the streets once in a while. Anyway, I went back home around 9.30 am. Then Shan Te called me to help him do CIP in Sembawang library. I had nothing better to do, so I went.
The library was still closed, but Shan Te, Nicholas and the librarians were already there. Nicholas went off soon after that. I thought we only needed to sort out books or something, but then the librarian asked me to be the mascot. I was like, wtf. Luckily rotate since got other volunteers.
It was unexpectedly fun to be the mascot. Firstly, nobody know's who's the mascot. Secondly, the kids wave when you wave :P . The kids were like crowding around Dino (yes, it has a name). So cute sia. Haha. I had to stand one corner and take pics with kids :P . Then there was this girl who like stayed around (beside the queue) for like 2 hours. Haha, I got new admirer! Then there was another girl who stepped on the tail and I almost fell =.= .
I went home at 3pm. Then I was online all the way till now.
Now I'm frickkin hungry lor. Mom didn't bother to give me and my sis money to buy food. So we're stuck at home, foodless (well there's spagetti, but it was yesterday's). I wish I had KFC =.= . Anyway, Big Momma's on tv. Big ass. Haha!
Tomorrow is National Day. Gonna stay at home and study! No time to celebrate. Stupid Common Test!
